What a transformation! The painters completed the final coat in the main living areas - the warm white you selected (Benjamin Moore Simply White) looks perfect with the natural light. Kitchen cabinets are 90% installed and looking incredible. Tomorrow we'll mount the under-cabinet lighting and install the cabinet hardware. Almost there!

Exciting delivery today - your custom kitchen cabinets have arrived from the manufacturer! We inspected all pieces and everything looks perfect. The soft-close hinges and full-extension drawer slides are top quality. Cabinet installation begins Monday. The quartz countertop templating is scheduled for Wednesday once cabinets are in place. We are on track for your target move-in date!

The Italian porcelain tiles arrived and we started installation in the master bathroom today. The large-format tiles (120x60cm) look absolutely stunning - great choice! We are using the premium Mapei adhesive and grout you approved. Kitchen backsplash tile installation scheduled for next week. The herringbone pattern is going to look amazing behind the range.

The space is really taking shape now! Drywall installation is complete throughout the first floor. We used moisture-resistant board in the bathrooms and kitchen areas. The team also installed the coffered ceiling detail in the living room as per the design. Taping and first coat of mud will begin tomorrow. You can really see the new open layout now!

Our MEP team completed all rough-in work this week. Highlights include: new 200-amp electrical panel installed, dedicated circuits for kitchen appliances, Cat6 wiring for the home office, and relocated plumbing for the kitchen island sink. The HVAC ducting for the new split-type AC units is also complete. All work passed city inspection - certificates attached!

The structural engineer approved our plans and we installed the new steel beam to support the open-concept layout you wanted. This was a critical milestone! The beam is now properly welded and secured. We also reinforced the ceiling joists in preparation for the new master bathroom's soaking tub. Building inspector signed off on all structural modifications today.

Great progress this week! We have successfully demolished the old kitchen, master bathroom, and the wall between the living and dining areas. All debris has been hauled away and disposed of properly. The space is now ready for the structural engineer's assessment tomorrow. No surprises in the walls - all electrical and plumbing locations are as expected from the original plans.

Good morning! We officially started work on your dream home renovation today. Our team completed the initial site assessment and set up safety barriers around the work area. We have also coordinated with your village security for the contractor vehicle access schedule. The demolition crew will arrive tomorrow at 8 AM.
