Installed today: Lutron RadioRA3 lighting control throughout, motorized blackout shades on all windows, Sonos in-ceiling speakers in living and master bedroom, and a Control4 system to tie everything together. You will be able to control lights, shades, music, and climate from your phone or the wall keypads. Demo video coming soon!

The built-in entertainment center and home office unit are now installed. The walnut veneer panels look sleek and sophisticated - exactly what we envisioned for the modern aesthetic. Hidden cable management, integrated LED lighting, and the motorized TV lift are all functioning perfectly. The craftsmanship on the 45-degree mitered corners is exceptional!

The engineered oak flooring installation is complete! We used the premium click-lock system with acoustic underlayment (required by building code). The herringbone pattern in the living area came out beautifully - the 45-degree angle really makes the space feel larger. We left proper expansion gaps at all walls. The floor looks amazing against the city views!

Demo phase complete! We carefully removed the old flooring, kitchen cabinets, and bathroom fixtures while preserving the floor-to-ceiling windows and structural elements. Working in a high-rise requires extra care with debris management - everything was properly bagged and removed via the service elevator. The unit is now a blank canvas ready for your modern minimalist design!

Good news! We secured all necessary permits from building administration. The freight elevator schedule is confirmed for material deliveries (Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6-9 AM). We also completed the pre-construction unit inspection with building engineering. Protection materials are installed in the hallways and elevator. Ready to begin demo tomorrow!
